We have a 1 day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Products from economy section or order value less than 500INR.We also do not accept returns for Size related issues please insure your size before buying from our size chart.Also, Liking or not liking the product is not an valid reason.Reason such as manufacturing defects will be accepted only. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your provided bank details within 10 business days.the refund you receive after successful inspection will have an deduction of two way shipping charges.i.e if your order total was ₹700 total including shipping charges of ₹59 then the amount you will receive as refund will ₹700– 2x59 = ₹582.
